When will my order ship?
Currently our processing time 3-5 business days. Please note that the processing time does not include shipping time! When your order ships, you will get a notification either by email or phone (whichever you provide at checkout.)
What size is my dog?

My dog is between sizes. What do I do?
No worries! Use the contact page to get in touch and we can customize a harness to fit your pup.

What is your return policy?
Love Violet accepts returns of all products (except custom orders) within 30 days of purchase as long as the product is still in new condition. Once received, the buyer can expect a full refund (minus shipping costs) within 3-5 days. If you have any issues with an order, please contact us asap and we will do everything we can to make it right!
Do you offer gift cards?

How do I care for LV items?
All LV items are machine washable on a gentle, cold cycle. We do recommend hand washing your bow ties to keep them as crisp as they day they arrived. That being said, they will not be harmed by being tossed in the washing machine on a gentle, cold cycle. Lay your items flat to dry and then continue on your adventures!
Pro tip: Wash your items with a load of towels to prevent those metal fastenings from banging around in your washing machine.
Is your gear strong enough for my pup?
Our collars, leashes, and harnesses are super strong and have been tested by many pups weighing well over 100 lbs. All of our products are internally reinforced with durable webbing to ensure their strength.
If you have any concerns about your pup's extreme pulling tendencies we absolutely recommend consulting a trainer about the proper equipment to use while exercising your pup. We know from personal experience that walking your pup on solely a flat collar might not be the most relaxing experience for both your pup and you.
